Custom design and printing is an area in which our teams excel. We're happy to assist with existing artwork or help conceptualize truly unique designs and prepare them for large format printing on cornhole boards and bags. Our design team will hold your hand through the entire process and provide artwork proofs before your products are scheduled for production.

Typical timelines for custom cornhole boards and bags vary based on the specific project needs, but we find 7-10 business days from the initial conceptual discussions before orders are sent to production is a good guideline to follow. Following artwork approval, allow standard production time of 2-3 business days.

The ACA has long-standing partnerships with couriers such as UPS and the USPS. We leverage each one differently depending on the specific needs of each order. Determining factors that go into choosing a carrier for a specific order may include the delivery destination, weight and size of packages, and time sensitivity.

Free shipping is a common desire for all of us when it comes to shopping online. In many cases, we've often come to expect it.

While we certainly share this sentiment, the fact is that there will always be a cost associated with shipping products. At ACA, we've taken the approach of balancing the cost of shipping with competitive pricing by offering *free shipping on orders over $99. Free shipping will most often be delivered with Economy shipping methods, though some orders, due to size and weight restrictions, will require services such as UPS Ground or USPS Priority.

To offset some of the shipping cost from our customers, we've made arrangements with carriers to get lighter weight and smaller packaged orders delivered at reduced rates through a program with UPS and their partnership with USPS. This method of delivery will be referred to as Economy during checkout.

Economy delivery times range from 2-8 business days. UPS takes the initial package(s) to a centralized USPS hub and USPS handles the remainder of the delivery.

To ensure your order reaches you safely, an additional surcharge may apply to some heavy or bulky items due to size, weight or special handling required. This item surcharge is in addition to standard shipping rates and free shipping offers.

Oversized Item Surcharges will be calculated during checkout and are already included in the $35 flat rate for regulation cornhole boards.

Official ACA regulation cornhole boards (4ft x 2ft) are extremely popular and the most common size cornhole boards in use. Shipping a complete set of 2 fully assembled cornhole boards (~60lbs) requires a large box. As a result, shipping cornhole boards is costly and incur an Oversized Item Surcharge along with other special handling delivery fees.

It just isn't economical or sustainable to ship regulation cornhole boards for free without substantially increasing prices to accommodate for the cost of shipping. We've crunched the numbers, sharpened our pencils, and worked with our freight partners to allow our customers to purchase 4ft x 2ft cornhole boards and only pay $35 for UPS Ground shipping to anywhere in the contiguous United States.
