How soon can we get your cornhole boards, bags, games, and accessories to your front door?

We know it's important to get your order out as quickly as possible. We've streamlined our production operations and order fulfillment to send orders out daily. While we often keep popular products on hand and ready to go on short notice, many products are made-to-order and require production time.

Cornhole Boards

We keep inventory of our most popular designs ready for delivery, while other designs are made-to-order. Our industrial digital printing machines and production team are busy running daily and orders are produced in the order in which they are received.

For large commercial orders or cornhole board orders with time-sensitive events, please contact us to arrange for special considerations.

Cornhole Bags

We keep ample inventory of our most popular solid color cornhole bags. Cornhole bag orders are typically fulfilled the same business day if received by 2:00 pm EST. During peak times (national holidays, spring, summer), please allow longer a duration for processing and preparing your delivery.

Custom Cornhole Products

Custom design and printing is an area in which our teams excel. We're happy to assist with existing artwork or help conceptualize truly unique designs and prepare them for large format printing on cornhole boards and bags. Our design team will hold your hand through the entire process and provide artwork proofs before your products are scheduled for production.

Typical timelines for custom cornhole boards and bags vary based on the specific project needs, but we find 7-10 business days from the initial conceptual discussions before orders are sent to production is a good guideline to follow. Following artwork approval, allow standard production time of 2-3 business days.

The ACA has long-standing partnerships with couriers such as UPS and the USPS. We leverage each one differently depending on the specific needs of each order. Determining factors that go into choosing a carrier for a specific order may include the delivery destination, weight and size of packages, and time sensitivity.

Alaska and Hawaii customer shipping rates are calculated by the carrier in real-time during checkout.

Shipping fees to Canada are calculated by the carrier during checkout along with a $99 custom paperwork fee. Other duties/taxes are possible upon delivery.

To offset some of the shipping cost from our customers, we've made arrangements with carriers to get lighter weight and smaller packaged orders delivered at reduced rates through a program with UPS and their partnership with USPS. This method of delivery will be referred to as Economy during checkout.

Economy delivery times range from 2-8 business days. UPS takes the initial package(s) to a centralized USPS hub and USPS handles the remainder of the delivery.

To ensure your order reaches you safely, an additional surcharge may apply to some heavy or bulky items due to size, weight or special handling required. This item surcharge is included in the quoted shipping rates during checkout.

Official ACA regulation (2ftx4ft) and tailgate (2ftx3ft) cornhole boards are extremely popular and the most common sizes of cornhole boards in use. Shipping a complete set of 2 fully assembled cornhole boards requires a large box. As a result, shipping cornhole boards is costly and incur an Oversized Item Surcharge along with other special handling delivery fees.

It just isn't economical or sustainable to ship regulation cornhole boards for free without substantially increasing prices to accommodate for the cost of shipping. We've crunched the numbers, sharpened our pencils, and worked with our freight partners to pass along special savings to our customers.

Please refer to the UPS transit map to estimate the delivery time for your order. We will provide you with a shipment tracking number upon sending your order out for delivery.

We know it's important to get your order out as quickly as possible. We've streamlined our production operations and order fulfillment to stock popular products. We prioritize and commit to shipping these products within 1-2 business days from the time of order.

Within the Rapid Ship Program, we have provided additional shipping method options for those customers that need products within a certain time frame.  These options include UPS Next Day Air and 2nd Day Air. You will find these options in the shipping section of your checkout process when purchasing a Rapid Ship designated product.

We are now stocking multiple models of cornhole boards so that you can get your favorite products even faster.  When searching for cornhole boards that are included in our Rapid Ship Program, please look for the little truck icon in the product image.

If you order products from our Rapid Ship Program and products that are not included in our Rapid Ship Program, they may ship on separate shipments.  We reserve the right to partially ship your order if we need the extra time on products that do not participate in our Rapid Ship Program.  We appreciate your awareness and understanding.  We will get you all of your product as quickly as possible.

The ACA has a thirty (30) day warranty on its products against all defects.

Customers will only be supplied with one replacement item during the 30-day warranty period and must provide a photo of the defective product to our Customer Service.

The collapsible legs and center support on full-size cornhole boards come with a 1-year warranty on all parts. Please file a claim by sending an email with photos to info@playcornhole.org and we will contact you as soon as possible.

If an item you received is defective from shipping damage or incorrect we require picture verification within the 30-day warranty after your order is paid for.

Want to return your products?
Custom Cornhole boards are non-refundable. For all other products, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back and will be subject to a restocking fee for the item.

So you want to host a cornhole tournament?

While we would love to help, we simply don't have the resources to participate in hosting cornhole tournaments.
