We know it's important to get your order out as quickly as possible. We've streamlined our production operations and order fulfillment to send orders out daily. While we often keep popular products on hand and ready to go on short notice, many products are made-to-order and require production time.
Cornhole Boards
We keep inventory of our most popular designs ready for delivery, while other designs are made-to-order. Our industrial digital printing machines and production team are busy running daily and orders are produced in the order in which they are received.

We keep ample inventory of our most popular solid color cornhole bags. Cornhole bag orders are typically fulfilled the same business day if received by 2:00 pm EST. During peak times (national holidays, spring, summer), please allow longer a duration for processing and preparing your delivery.

Custom design and printing is an area in which our teams excel. We're happy to assist with existing artwork or help conceptualize truly unique designs and prepare them for large format printing on cornhole boards and bags. Our design team will hold your hand through the entire process and provide artwork proofs before your products are scheduled for production.
Typical timelines for custom cornhole boards and bags vary based on the specific project needs, but we find 7-10 business days from the initial conceptual discussions before orders are sent to production is a good guideline to follow. Following artwork approval, allow standard production time of 2-3 business days.

Product
Properly storing your cornhole board is the most important step in ensuring the longevity of your board. Proper storage protects your boards from becoming faded or damaged. Store the boards in a cool, dry place such as a basement, garage, or recreation room where the boards are not exposed to water or humidity. Cornhole Board Wall Mounts may be used to keep your cornhole boards off the floor and away from pests or water damage.
The polyester exterior and weather resistant coating of Cornhole Board Covers protect the surface and sides of your board from outdoor elements. A protective layer of foam padding adds cushion around the edges making them safer to transport to your next game of cornhole.
Use a damp cloth to wipe off dust and dirt after every use of your cornhole boards. When necessary, use warm, soapy water to clean your boards. Regular cleaning of the cornhole board playing surface and frame is necessary to keep the board in good condition and ensure the durability of the board.
It is recommended to store your cornhole bags and boards together to ensure bags are not lost. Cornhole bags can be kept in a container or drawstring carry tote to keep all items together when not in use.
When left outdoors, corn-filled bags can attract squirrels or other wildlife who may try to eat the corn feed filling. Be sure to store corn-filled bags in a cool, dry place where animals cannot reach them. All-Weather and Synergy Pro cornhole bags are filled with plastic resin pellets and do not share this risk.
Cornhole bags may be washed with warm, soapy water to clean off dirt and debris that has collected on the bags. All-Weather and Synergy Pro cornhole bags may also be washing in the washing machine with detergent or fabric softener (this may make the bags feel more "broken-in"). Do not machine was corn-filled cornhole bags.
Let bags dry completely before returning to storage. it is recommended to let the bags air dry in the sun or in your home. If using a drying machine, only place cornhole bags in the dryer under low heat. Avoid high heat or extreme temperatures when drying your cornhole bags. This could damage the interior resin pellets and ruin the cornhole bags.
It really depends on the conditions they are exposed to, if left outside you are sure to experience normal areas of wear and tear, but if taken care of your Cornhole set will hold up for the long haul!
The ACA has a couple different models of cornhole boards. Some of our higher-end models include an epoxy finish to even better their durability in rough conditions!

Yes, our Synergy Pro and Synergy Edge bags both allow you customize the front and back of your bags however you wish. That inputed design will then be used to complete your set of 4 bags.
No, sorry. Due to the production process of the "gusset" edge on the Synergy Edge cornhole bag, it cannot be customized and is a set design and comes as pictured.

If you are uploading photography or non-vector artwork (e.g. JPEGs), please make sure they are no less than 96dpi (ideally at 300dpi). If your designs are a mix of photography and design, make sure the embedded photographs used are above the recommended pixel sizes. Due to the variance in our fabric textures, please keep elements large with as much contrast between lights and darks as possible to retain best clarity.

Select the custom product you are ordering. Click the "Customize My __" button and our Zekeke customization tool will open up. In the customize panel you will see and click the "upload image, pdf, eps or ai" icon. Once you read and accept our trademark and copyright print, you will have the ability to upload and adjust your artwork to fit your product accordingly within the app.
Our in-house design team is happy to assist in helping you create your perfect design. Please place your design notes in the text box during the ordering process and include desired graphics within the customizer tool. We will be in contact with your shortly after the order has been placed.
You can also contact us for unique custom cornhole board and bag designs for your special occasion, bussines, corporate event, or neighborhood bragging rights.
After you place your custom order, our design team will put together a proof for you to review and approve. After approval, you will receive your custom pieces within 7-15 days.

We provide pre-production digital proofs for all custom orders placed. Production does not start until you approve that proof and payment has been received. We are also happy to help you place an order for single units at full retail cost if physical samples are required. All orders are subject to current production time.
We accept all major credit card payments for online retail orders. Orders can also be processed using Zip (4 interest free installments on orders up to $1500). Full payment is required prior to starting production.
Tax exempt documentation must be provided prior to order placement. Rules around tax exempt status vary state to state so all documents will be reviewed by our finance department prior to removing tax. For more information on this, feel free to contact us at info@playcornhole.org.
We offer ground shipping to one or more domestic locations paid by the client. All orders will ship via UPS Ground or freight depending on order size.
Our production operates on a first-in, first-out basis according to current production time. However, we do offer expedited shipping options once your order has been completed. Please contact info@playcornhole.org to receive a quote for expedited shipping.
To make sure that your customization is just right, we will provide a high-quality digital proof for your approval prior to producing your order. Customization will not start until approval and payment has been received. Once an order has been produced, we are unable to make any changes. Alaska and Hawaii customers shipping rates are calculated by the carrier in real-time during checkout.
Shipping fees to Canada are calculated by the carrier during checkout along with a $99 taxes/duties fee.
Shipping rates vary depending on what you bought, and where it’s going. Simply make up a cart of items and enter your address at the checkout page and you will see in advance what the carriers will charge.
To ensure your order reaches you safely, an additional surcharge may apply to some heavy or bulky items due to size, weight or special handling required. This item surcharge is included in the quoted shipping rates during checkout.
After your order is placed we fulfill that order in 1-3 days. Once fulfilled you can expect anywhere from 3-5 days for the order to arrive at your door. It’s our goal to fulfill and ship as fast as we can!
Custom boards and custom bags follow a different fulfillment process since there is an art approval needed from the customer.
The ACA has long-standing partnerships with couriers such as UPS and the USPS. We leverage each one differently depending on the specific needs of each order. Determining factors that go into choosing a carrier for a specific order may include the delivery destination, weight and size of packages, and time sensitivity.
Official ACA regulation (2ftx4ft) and tailgate (2ftx3ft) cornhole boards are extremely popular and the most common sizes of cornhole boards in use. Shipping a complete set of 2 fully assembled cornhole boards requires a large box. As a result, shipping cornhole boards is costly and incur an Oversized Item Surcharge along with other special handling delivery fees.
It just isn't economical or sustainable to ship regulation cornhole boards for free without substantially increasing prices to accommodate for the cost of shipping. We've crunched the numbers, sharpened our pencils, and worked with our freight partners to pass along special savings to our customers.
Alaska and Hawaii customers shipping rates are calculated by the carrier in real-time during checkout.
Shipping fees to Canada are calculated by the carrier during checkout and includes a $99 taxes/duties fee.
Please refer to the UPS transit map to estimate the delivery time for your order. We will provide you with a shipment tracking number upon sending your order out for delivery.

The ACA has a thirty (30) day warranty on its products against all defects.
Customers will only be supplied with one replacement item during the 30-day warranty period and must provide a photo of the defective product to our Customer Service.
The collapsible legs and center support on full-size cornhole boards come with a 1-year warranty on all parts. Please file a claim by sending an email with photos to info@playcornhole.org and we will contact you as soon as possible.
If an item you received is defective from shipping damage or incorrect we require picture verification within the 30-day warranty after your order is paid for.
Want to return your products?
Custom Cornhole Products are non-refundable due to the pre-approval process. For all other products, the customer is responsible for shipping the item back and will be subject to a restocking fee for the item.

Tournaments
So you want to host a cornhole tournament?
While we would love to help, we simply don't have the resources to participate in hosting cornhole tournaments.
If you'd like to learn how to host a cornhole tournament, check out our Tournament Guide.
You'll also need a way for players to keep score and progress through your tournament bracket. For automated tournament hosting, get the official ACA mobile app. It will help you take care of registration, score keeping, bracket assignments.
When you're ready, don't forget to add your event to the national cornhole tournament database.
